How are the products packed?

We pack items based on its size, dimensions and material composition. Not too worry, we have got all your fragile goods covered!

 

Can I amend my order?

You can request for amendment to your order up to 6 hours after the order is received. Thereafter, no changes are allowed.

 

What about returns?

We will accept returns only for defective goods. However, we have 100% QC checks. Hence, damages as close to none!

 

Is there a physical store that I can visit?

Our business operates online at the moment. After Covid-19, we would love to see your!
